It is hard to believe that Spring Break is a little over a month away! I have had several questions about the format of the trip to McCracken County, so I wanted to try to provide all necessary information here.

Players to make the trip: V/JV players (Practice Group 1)
Accommodations: All players will stay together with the team at the Holiday Inn Express (3996 Hinkleville Rd, Paducah, KY 42001).
Here is a link to a room block for any families that would like to stay at the team hotel (If the block shows as full, let me know and we can have more added as long as they are available.)
Departure/Return Date/Time (estimated): We are planning to leave from Apollo at 10 am on Monday, April 3. The bus should return to Apollo on Wednesday, April 5 around 8 pm. (JV players can be released to parents after the 12:30 game vs. Tilghman. V players can be released to parents after the final V game vs. Calloway County.)
Cost to Families: Any meals or snacks (We are planning for lunch and dinner on Monday, all three on Tuesday/Wednesday for those who will ride the bus home)
**As with anything we do, any financial need can and will be covered if I am made aware of the need in advance. I promise absolute discretion. I do not want anyone to stress over anything we do or to possibly go without something that could have easily been covered.
